Here are some of the fresh talent you should be rooting out for.
Brothers Osborne is an American blue grass music team comprising of siblings T.J. Osborne (lead vocals) and John Osborne (guitar, foundation vocals). Their first single “Let’s Go There” was released in year 2013. The band has demonstrated more than once that southern rock can be sold in expansive numbers on the two sides of the Atlantic. Their second single came out in 2014 and it reached the top 40 on Country Airplay. This year they have released a new single “Shoot me Straight”. They won the Country Music Association Award in 2016 and 2017 and Academy of Country Music Awards in 2016.
Stone Broken is an English hard rock band from the British city of Walsall. The band was formed in year 2013 and released their first album “All In Time” in 2016. Same year (2016), during the Planet Rock Awards, the English hard rock band grabbed the second spot in Best New Band category. At the Planet Rock Awards in 2017, the band was nominated in the categories Best British Band and Best British Album. This year they released their 2nd album and it quickly rose into top 40 spot on the British album charts.
An American rock band Starcrawler was described as a group whose DNA attached to the 1970s by The Guardian. Their genre includes heavy metal, rock, plum and glam. Their debut album “Starcrawler” was released this year. They have also launched their debut single this year. Currently they are on their 2018 European Tour which includes concerts in Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Austria and the Netherlands.
A post-punk indie-rock band Shame is from South of London. Their debut album “Songs of Praise” was released this year and it made into the 32nd position on the UK Albums chart. The band has the novelty of receiving critical applause from several numerous publications like Paste, Clash etc.
